Ja Morant has led the Memphis Grizzlies to a very unreal run this regular season so far as the team has won over most of the championship contenders of the league from Los Angeles Lakers in the west to Brooklyn Nets in the east. Recently the Memphis Grizzlies hosted the Golden State Warriors at FedEx Forum and registered a win for them edging over the Warriors they won it all by 8 points as the final box score is 116-108. The Grizzlies are currently on a 10 game winning streak and all thanks to Ja Morant for this team achievement.
Ja Morant was drafted by the Memphis Grizzlies as second pick overall in the 2019 National Basketball Association’s Draft and also won the Rookie of the Year award over Zion Williamson. In just his second season the young 6 ft. 3 inches big point guard led the Memphis Grizzlies to play-offs and entered elite clubs and broke many unbelievable records while averaging 30.2 points, 3.2 Assists and 4.8 rebounds in a 5 game series. Ja Morant has never really stopped since then and has continued his domination in the league everytime he steps on the floor and now is even making a strong case for the MVP award.

Ja Morant this season is averaging 24.9 points, 6.7 assists and 5.7 rebounds with 1.3 steals and 0.5 blocks as the Memphis Grizzlies are letting the league know their presence. The Grizzlies winning ten straight games have already conquered the title of Championship contender and the recent victim of the mad run was Golden State Warriors who won two games against the Memphis earlier this season. Put some respect to our name.” Ja really is respected by some greats around the league this early in his career but the Memphis Grizzlies were always underrated and un-talked until they drafted Morant who is the franchise player and their face while he is turning around things for the team.

The Memphis Grizzlies after having a mad run so far really deserve the respect Ja demanded as winning 10 straight games isn’t that easy, especially in the modern era of NBA. Now after being named as championship contenders after taking out the Dubs the fans around the world are expecting Ja Morant to dominate more and win the MVP award this year as he is bringing the Memphis Grizzlies in the big conversation to win it all and get the respect as the other western conference big teams.
