Former NBA Champion Richard Jefferson surely isn’t a man who can be taken lightly. Something which all NBA fans are aware off, but not Gilbert Arena who decided to question and perhaps condemn the league for drafting Jefferson before him. Little did could he have been aware about how the former NBA player is going to come after him. 

Now to bring everyone on the same page, let us look upon the history of Richard Jefferson with Gilbert Arena. Both these spoken off personnel were teammates at the University of Arizona, forming part of the Wildcats team which reached the National Championship in 2001. After which they entered the Draft Class together. On one hand, where Jefferson was selected in the lottery at no. 13 overall, Arena slipped down to no. 31 with the Golden State Warriors.

In a recent interview Gilbert Arena opened up on his confusion upon why the third or the fourth best player for his team was selected in the NBA draft before him. Now, in his response, Richard came out with a no-filter reply on TikTok, which absolutely grilled Agent Zero to the very core. 

The ex-NBA journeyman broke down the story on how Arenas didn’t make the best impression (to say the least) in his pre-draft tests and interviews, showing immediate attitude red flags. Furthermore, Richard Jefferson called Arenas an “a**hole” and an “idiot” as he shared how the three-time All-Star refused to do a stress test because he was in Chucks, and how he said he wants to be an “international pimp.”
