LaVar Ball the proud father of LaMelo Ball, Lonzo Ball and Gelo Ball as three of his sons have made it to the league and are already fan favorites. But so is he as he never fails to be in the headlines because of his habit to generate controversies by just saying what he wants to and get the attention. Years back in an interview he took a shot towards Michael Jordan where he challenged him for a 1-on-1 matchup and made some bold disrespecting claims on national TV.
Lonzo Ball and LaVar Ball four years ago showed up on Jimmy Kimmel Live and discussed their show “Ball in the family”, Lonzo’s journey to the league and many more. In fact, LaVar Ball even came up with a challenge for Michael Jordan as he believes he can easily win against the greatest to ever do it. But back then he had no idea his other son LaMelo Ball would be drafted in the league by Charlotte Hornets which is owned by Michael Jordan.
LaMelo Ball is still messed with the take of LaVar as reporters till today ask him to choose between his dad and boss. The clip of LaVar challenging Jordan is back and viral again on the internet as fans have always loved it as they await the matchup between the two.

Twitter reacts to LaVar Ball challenging Michael Jordan
In the interview when Jimmy Kimmel questioned LaVar: “In your prime, you said you can beat Michael Jordan 1-on-1. Is that just or are you…” cutting in between LaVar replying to it quoted: “Yes, even you know it’s real too he too small. He is too little. If you weighing 210 pounds and we playing 1-on-1. You know I am undefeated 1-on-1. I don’t ever lose 1-on-1.” Further Jimmy when asked, “Did you ever play Michael Jordan?” Lavar made a bold claim and quoted: “If he played me he’d cry.” But when Jimmy asked him about any plans of playing MJ, Ball was smart enough to step back as he said: “Oh who wanna watch two 50-year-old play now.”
