The “Bad Boy” in Will Smith really took over has the actor decided to go throw hands in order to save his wife’s honour and call out anyone for the disrespect. “King Richard” actor Smith smacked comedian Chris Rock for making a joke about the medical conditions of Jada Smith. The entire world was laughing when suddenly Will decided that he had had enough of the crap going around in social media and elsewhere as he stood up in the middle of the academy awards, walked up the stage and went to Rock who was still hysterically laughing, and slapped him right across the face, shaking up the world.

For an event that wasn’t gathering a lot of attention since the past few years, Oscars 2022 definitely lived up to the hype that was never expected from it. Will Smith smacks Chris Rock for joking about Jada’s medical condition involving her hair
The Oscars 2022 surely gathered a lot of eyes, and this happened not while they were going on, but rather after it, all across social media platforms and news broadcasters, who went haywire after Will Smith was seen smacking Chris Rock for making a “G.I Jane 2” joke, involving the former’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. The joke specifically targeted Jada’s medical condition which led to frequent hair fall, due to which she didn’t have any hair.

Chris’ joke was in reference to a movie character “G.I Jane” who had to shave her hair in order to get better at military training, and didn’t have hair for the entirety of the movie. Upon hearing the joke Will initially seemed to be laughing, but after that, it was a sudden turn of events.
Upon hearing the joke which had the entire crowd laughing hysterically, Will laughed too, but Jada seemed sad, and we don’t know about what led to a sudden change in Will’s behaviour, but he walked up the stage and went to Chris Rock and slapped him hard right across his face. The place filled up with a loud “oof” as Rock seemed shook and didn’t know what to say, which is when he came back to his sensed and laughed it off saying “Will Smith just smacked the s***t out of me”, and Will upon being seated said, “Leave my wife’s name out of your fu**ing mouth”.
This incident went viral on social media and elsewhere and had people discussing whether it was staged in order to increase the sinking viewership of the Oscars or if it was real, well, when the uncensored footage came out, it was figured that the incident was definitely not staged.
