“Start dominating together the same damn time!”: Kendrick Perkins heaps praise onto Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown despite recent beef

Kendrick Perkins is a retired NBA player who now is a host at ESPN’s First Take and also a player analyst for the same company. Recently Kendrick Perkins appreciated Jaylen Brown via a tweet from his personal handle as the star got his first ever career triple-double but at the same time also fired a shot towards Jayson Tatum for not performing well. Jayson Tatum not really liking Kendrick Perkins dragging him in and bringing him down tweeted: “Normalizing uplifting one man without bringing another one down… JB played great it’s alright to leave it at that” all this heat around gave rise to the beef between the analyst and stars of Boston Celtics.

The Boston Celtics have the best youngest duo in the league of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown which can combine for easy offensive chain and demolish defense of any team they want to. Both the stars are also great defenders who can lock up anyone anywhere on the court. The Boston Celtics have won three straight games and are currently ranked as the 10th seed in the eastern conference of the league with the record tied at 21 wins and 21 losses. This season the Celtics lacked behind and were very inconsistent in delivering and registering wins but it isn’t any late and the team looks back on pace.

Recently the Boston Celtics had a match-up against the Indiana Pacers at Gainbridge Fieldhouse which turned out to be favouring the Celtics as the final box score is 100-119. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown both the stars in this game had nothing but revenge on their mind for the consistent criticisms they are receiving and eventually dropped 30 plus points each and won it all adding another win to the record. Jayson Tatum looked great while shooting the ball and defending as he had the most impact he can on both the ends. This time Kendrick Perkins was back at it and again tweeted keeping in view the latest performance by Jaylen and Jayson.

Kendrick Perkins this time had nothing but compliments for the Celtic’s stars as in a tweet by his personal Twitter handle he quoted: “Jayson Tatum with a casual 33 piece spicy and Jaylen Brown with solid 34 piece Lemon Pepper style with the W! That’s all I’ve been asking for is for them to start dominating together the same damn time. Carry on…” Perkins really looked like a changed man after this tweet because none expected him to come out and praise the Celtics after he posted to break the duo and even fired shots at them.

The one thing Kendrick has got correct in the tweet and even the fans agree on is Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown to start dominating together how they did against the Indiana Pacers. Jayson had 33 points, 4 assists and 7 rebounds while Brown had 34 points, 3 assists and 5 rebounds the current most dominant duo of the league. The Celtics really need them to work together and get it all going if they want to have a long and mad run since it requires only few more wins for the team to go high up in the rankings table.

The complements for Jaylen and Tatum from Perkins do not lower the bar of criticism the team is getting since most of the fans and analysts around still have their eyes targeted on the Celtics. This even gave rise to trade rumours of breaking the duo but those were all shut downed as both the stars showed immense loved to each other by elaborating how lucky they feel to play alongside. The potential the Boston Celtics have is really enough to win over any team in a 7 game series but it is just a matter of time that they find their way around and return back to form and win it all like they did some years prior were they even showed up to the conference finals.
