Ja Morant has been a wonderful Guard for the Memphis Grizzlies, just being 22 years old he is seen to be one who will dominate the game for a long time. He has been averaging 27.6 points, 6.6 assists, and 5.9 rebounds. In a recent interview with a podcast ‘all the smoke’ he has opened up about how he has been developing his game, which players he looks up to keep improving various aspects, and his overall development, because he has more than a decade to play in the NBA.

“I’ve studied every top guard that has played the game, I watched a lot of (Steve) Nash, I watched a lot of (Jason) Kidd, I studied Penny (Hardaway), AI (Allen Iverson), you know for that killer mentality. Then watching Rondo with that Celtics team, how he was facilitating the offense, you know getting guys open looks, that’s what kinda made me fall in love with passing the ball, just to be able to affect the game in so many ways, I feel like it makes you more dangerous.” Said Ja Morant on the podcast All the Smoke.
