Since James Harden has been traded to the Sixers their game has reached a whole different level which even ESPN sports analyst Max Kellerman accepts and sees the franchise as the new favorites for the NBA championship this season. The 76ers have given many legendary duos like Malone/Erving and Chamberlain/Greer and now in the modern era of the NBA, they have assembled Embiid and Harden who have already started to dominate the league.
On Monday night, when the Sixers faced the Bulls, the duo of Joel Embiid and James Harden were on fire, their coordination was so good that Chicago’s defense strategy didn’t work on them. Where Embiid scored 43 points, Harden provided great help with his 14 assists and 16 points. Moreover, in the recent episode of MIJ on ESPN, Max Kellerman highlighted the same thing and predicted that the Sixers are now the biggest contender for the championship.

Kellerman said, “The team that looks like they might be the favorites for the NBA title right now and that is Philadelphia 76ers who are now undefeated, 5-0, since James Harden started playing.”
He added, “Last night, I don’t think he (James Harden) had 20 but had a gang of assists Embiid went off guys Tyrese Maxi’s drawing extra defensive attention and kicking it got a crazy first step Danny Green is playing defense as you know, that’s a nice three and wing. The Sixers are Real!”
