“Total Bulls***”: Lakers Coach Frank Vogel forgets all boundaries in Unhinged attack at NBA officials

Coach Frank Vogel seems to be highly upset from the NBA officials’ decision in the crucial moments of the game between the Lakers and Clippers, which caused them to face the defeat by 105-102. The Lakers were expected to perform well after the all-star week, but this time it looks like the luck factor was not on their side.

After this defeat, the Lakers are 3-0 with the Clippers this season, but this loss has become a great concern for them as they are left with very few games into their hand and the way other teams are performing to book their seat to playoffs, the Lakers might miss the flight.

The Lakers were looking good against the Clippers because they even managed to cover a 16-point lead, but they lost the game due to some missed opportunities and a long review break in the last minutes of the game.

At the last minute when the Lakers received the possession, Clippers head coach Ty Lue challenged the call on the floor, because of which the officials turned their decisions and ruled that Lebron was out of bounds before he passed the ball which eventually gave the ball’s possession to the Clippers.

Unfortunately, this decision worked against the Lakers and they lost the game but their Coach Frank Vogel was unable to stop himself from criticizing the refs for their long reviews.

Vogel said, “It’s a complicated play. They’re going to take as much time as it takes to get it right. I disagree strongly with the ruling. I think it’s total B.S. “

He later explained the situation to the reporters, “They called the play dead when [Robert] Covington steps out of bounds and they try to tell me that that because it was close that play, that Bron was out of bounds, so then it’s going to be Clippers ball. The whistle doesn’t blow until Covington steps out of bounds. So to go back to Bron stepping out of bounds is a separate entity entirely. I couldn’t disagree more strongly with the ruling. If you are going to go back further than that, then how about LeBron got pushed out of bounds. Like why don’t we go back to that?”

“It’s wrong. They were going to challenge either way whether I called a timeout or not and it should have been our ball in that situation. I’m very disappointed,” said Vogel.

Frank Vogel maybe seem right, but the reality is that the Lakers started to act when the game turned to its final minutes, they could have started their execution quite earlier. Moreover, it will be interesting to watch how will the Lakers manage to make their path in such tough conditions for the playoffs or will they not?
