The stars in Trae young, Kevin Love and other NBA players came out in full force to commend the masterful performance by UNC’s Caleb Love, who exploded against the UCLA Bruins, sending them out of March Madness in a major upset in the tournament. The term Madness in itself is an explanation of how big of an event it is, and how people react to it being held every time. For hardcore basketball fans, the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) organised tournament is way more than just college basketball, it is a series of bubble teams, brackets, and buzzer beaters, all leading to endless hype and excitement.

Such were the scenes in the UNC’s game against the UCLA Bruins, where Caleb Love showed up and dominated the latter in the second half, and looked almost invincible, leading the way for his team to get the dub. It is also a bit obvious that such a performance by a player, leading to a massive upset will definitely gather some attention from the media and the players, and that is exactly what happened after the game where Love dominated the entire play.
The North Carolina Tar Heels went all out in their game against the UCLA in their Sweet-16 game, moving on to the Elite 8 where they will face the Saint Peters Peacocks. The Tar Heels were behind UCLA in the first half and turned over the entire game in the second half which is also a testimony to the impact Love had on the game. The player who scored 3 points in the first half and then dominated with 27 points in the second half was the only reason his team was able to turn the tides around.

The UCLA faced the wrath of Tar Heels’ Caleb Love, who was in no mood to take the L against the former, and decided that he had had enough of staying behind the rivals in the first half. UCLA who carried the lead in the entire first half and the first few minutes of the second half watched the tides turning against them in front of their eyes, credits of which go to Caleb.

In the 40 minutes that he played, Caleb scored an overall of 30 points, 4 assists and 3 rebounds, out of which 27 points were in the second half only, which is where he dominated the play. UCLA who went into the second half with the lead, had it till the last few minutes in the game, until Caleb’s 3-point got them at an equal score of 56, post which, the player went on to score 8 more points and get his team the much-needed dub taking them into the elite 8, which is all that matters to them for now.

Kevin Love from the Cleveland Cavaliers reacted to Caleb’s performance against the UCLA which led to a massive upset in the March Madness, and some people say that Love Kevin mustn’t have liked this upset.
