Kevin Durant completely destroyed the Philadelphia 76ers on the offensive end while also destroying the hopes the Sixers and their fans had from the match-up. The game was so far the most hyped-up game of the season. As the James Harden trade gave birth to a totally new rivalry between the Philadelphia 76ers and Brooklyn Nets in the eastern conference. The trade though ended the Ben Simmons saga in Philadelphia the fans were still full of hate for their former primary point guard. Ben Simmons was also present in the arena sitting on the bench to get some of his fines reversed. As the fans called him names and chanted pure disrespect.
Recently, the Philadelphia 76ers hosted the Brooklyn Nets at Well Fargo Center. The most hyped-up matchup didn’t really live up to the expectations as the Sixers fell short against the Kevin Durant led Brooklyn Nets. The final box score stands at 100-129 favoring the Brooklyn Nets. Currently, under the leadership of Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, the Brooklyn Nets are ranked as the 8th seed in the eastern conference with the record 34 wins and 33 losses at .507. In the game, Kevin Durant dropped 25 points, 7 assists and 14 rebounds while Kyrie Irving (22 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists) and Seth Curry (24 points, 2 assists and one rebound) played a great role on the supporting cast.
Ben Simmons was just present around the bench and the Philly fans didn’t even liked that as they chanted out “Fu** Ben Simmons” again and again while calling him names which were pure disrespect and insults towards the Australian guard. The Arena was too loud and proved Ben Simmons right for staying firm on his decision to leave the franchise instead of coming down to a mutual solution. The stars even ignored each other in the handshake line as the match-up was personal and very heated.

It was more Nets fans in here than anything.” With so many languages around to speak Kevin Durant decided to speak straight facts and destroy the Philly fans verbally after winning by 29 points over their team.
Now many around the league want a playoff series between the two teams as they enjoyed the most hyped matchup. Where they witnessed former teammates wanting to rip each other’s heads off to just get the dub. As of now, the trade seems a win-win deal for the Brooklyn Nets since they developed and improved their roster a lot while also adding some good future first-round picks. Many also wait for Ben Simmons to return which is expected around the playoffs.
