Mason Jones crashes into Riley Reid
The Lakers vs OKC Thunder showdown was one of the last two showdowns left for both these teams in the 2021-22 season. Having to not make it past the regular season, the purple and gold emerged as the biggest flops, since the first week. However, in their most recent home game G-Leaguer, Mason Jones surely turned up the heat to showcase what he is capable off, perhaps a little more enthusiastic than he should’ve been.
To those who are not aware, the 23-year-old hoop star got a chance to represent the Los Angeles Lakers whilst the marquee players (Anthony Davis, LeBron James, Russell Westbrook, Avery Bradley and Carmelo Anthony) sat out. During the last moments of the game, Jones seems to be enthusiastic enough to keep the ball. In the process of which, he jumped onto a pregnant Riley Reid. Much to bother, the XCritic Award winner was pregnant.

Not that many would not be familiar, Riley Reid is an American pornographic actress who has won over 40 awards, including 2014 XBIZ Award for Female Performer of the Year and the AVN Award for Female Performer of the Year in 2016. Safe to say, even after jumping onto her, in attempt to keep the ball in play, even Mason Jones apologized among other players.
Talking about the Lakers vs OKC Thunder showdown, both these teams will not feature in the post season. With one team looking for a solid re-build, the Lakers are in dire need of changing the fortune around. Especially with LeBron James enduring his last season as per the current contract, the purple and gold do need to rise back to their best, in order to embark and elaborate upon their legacy.
Moreover, with their season filled with injuries, inconsistent plays, turnovers, lack of leadership and blame-game egos, Mason Jones has surely emerged as a key young player who could feature in this team’s line-up in the very next season.
