In the recent match-up of Cleveland Cavaliers and Houston Rockets the Cavs stepped up big time and registered a win of 35 points to their name. The Cleveland Cavaliers are currently ranked at 4th position in the eastern conference with the record of 18-12 (W-L) and the Houston Rockets are currently ranked at 13th position in the western conference with the record of 9-19 (W-L).
The Houston Rockets were missing Christian Wood, Kevin Porter Jr and also Jalen Green which made the game quiet easy for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Winning 8 out of the last 10 game the Cleveland Cavaliers are making a strong case for them to have a good run this year. The Cavs scored 69 points in the first half and won their 5th straight game by 35 points.
Ricky Rubio played a important role on the offensive end making great plays for his teammates to score and had 12 assists, 7 points and 2 rebounds during his 21 minutes playtime on court. Houston Rockets’ Alperen Sengun also gave his every effort dropping 19 points, 5 assists and 11 rebounds but the team fell short as they are rebuilding and were also missing their key players.

Cleveland Cavaliers comeback season?
Cleveland Cavaliers ended their last season with the record of 22-50 (W-L) and this year the team has already registered 18 wins for them with more than 50 games remaining on schedule. The veteran Kevin Love and Ricky Rubio are some important pieces of the team as they are influencing the team’s young core a lot.
The Cavaliers also had a good off-season this year making some good moves and they even drafted Evan Mobley who has made a big difference in the game style of Cavs at both the ends and now the team looking good it surely hopes for a comeback since it was stuck in the bottom of conference rankings for a couple of years.
