Embiid currently lives in his $2.1 million apartment with his girlfriend, Anne De Paula, and their son, Arthur Embiid. The large 2,750-square-foot condominium consists of three bedrooms and three and a half baths, with extensive living spaces and dining areas.
Located in the heart of Philadelphia, it boasts a magnificent view of the city from above 40 stories and is uniquely designed with modern interior architecture. There is also a special brown liquor room where Embiid hosts his friends and family on occasion.
The player acquired the property through John Bolaris, a former meteorologist, and his TCS Black Label real estate firm. The $2.1 million condo is located in the Center City, Philadelphia neighborhood.
