Juwan Howard gets brutally honest upon punching Greg Gard

Michigan Wolverines coach, Juwan Howard was upset about the late timeout call and “expressed that frustration to Greg Gard.” This doesn’t condone his actions whatsoever, but clearly, Howard and Gard had some beef to settle. It was an ugly scene and the NCAA is bound to suspend some coaches and players with March Madness right around the corner.

Although the Wolverines have each other’s back, it was an unnecessary fight that could have been avoided. At the end of the day though, Wisconsin takes home the win and increases their chances of making a potential run in the upcoming tournament.

That being said NCAA does want to take their time upon taking appropriate steps to ensure such incidents do not take place in future. Moreover, being an extremely crucial time in the season, Wolverines and Badgers could surely face the heat for their actions.

Lastly, Juwan Howard and Greg Gard are yet to face each other after being separated from the brawl. Furthermore, with the players also jumping in, it is expected that they too are bound to face heavy punishments as the NCAA Season heads into the business end. Will they surely be condemning their actions? Or perhaps the heat was too strong to have strong punishments being imposed? Remains to be seen.
