“You might never get another chance”: Zach Lowe sights urgency in Phoenix Suns to win title this season
Zach Lowe on Phoenix Suns
Zach Lowe and Kendrick Perkins have made huge predictions on the Phoenix Suns to go all-in for the Championship this postseason, with some supporting facts. NBA had many stars and quality players who never won the prestigious NBA title in their career. Also, some of the star-studded teams missed out on the title. Chris Paul being at their helm of it all.
On the same note, while talking to ESPN’s “NBA Today” show, Kendrick Perkins and Zach Lowe agreed on one such team, who will try to go “all-in” this post-season to win the title. The rarest of agreement between two analysts, they are looking for Phoenix Suns to go for the title this season.
Perkins first picked Phoenix Suns as the hardest trying franchise in 2021-22 season’s Championship race; Zach Lowe also supported the argument and put forward his views on it.
Can Phoenix Suns avenge their NBA Finals defeat?
Phoenix Suns currently have the best record in NBA. They are 64-17 in the regular season with a dominating 39-12 conference record. After grabbing the top seed in the league, they will have a home-court advantage in the playoffs.
As per Zach Lowe, “The Phoenix Suns, no it doesn’t feel like it should be in the Phoenix they’ve been by far the best team this year Chris Paul is in his mid to late 30s. DeAndre Ayton is a restricted free agent; Cam Johnson is eligible for an extension.”
While supporting his argument for the Suns’ going all in, Lowe added, “After the season at some point you’re not going to be able to keep this team together because robert sarver won’t spend enough money to do it and you just never know it always feels like it’s gonna last forever it doesn’t last forever the nuggets are coming loaded next season the clippers are coming loaded next season I pick phoenix go out and win the title you might never get another chance”
Phoenix has the quality players and a chance to wrap their 1st ever NBA championship. Chris Paul who lost in the NBA finals with Phoenix Suns in 2021 and lost the Conference finals once with the Houston Rockets in 2018, will be firing on all cylinders. Future Hall of Famer has a very decorated resume, just without an NBA Championship Ring.

Philadelphia 76ers and Utah Jazz among the favorites to win 2021-22 Championship ring
With the 2021 regular season in its final round of games, speculations surrounding the postseason and eliminations have started to surface. Teams who guaranteed their 2022 postseason appearances have some extra time to prepare for the title. Some teams even have made changes in their roasters, in the midseason trade market to boost their postseason chances.
While talking about the important question, “Teams with ‘the Most’ on the line in playoffs”, all 4 NBA analysts put forward their views. WNBA player Chiney Ogwumika picked the Philadelphia 76ers as the team to push hard, especially to justify their trade of James Harden. They paired a former MVP with potential MVP, Joel Embiid to give the team a legitimate chance of winning the title. On the other hand, former NBA champion Matt Barnes chose Utah Jazz to go all-in for the title this postseason. The team has a very powerful duo of Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert. The pair provide balance in offense and defense, allowing the team to be very consistent throughout the season.
Though the team was regular in the top 4 for the previous seasons, they never reached playoff finals. Matt even predicted that the lack of a Second-in-command at Utah might force Mitchell t to reconsider his future with the Jazz. Mike Conley, Jordan Clarkson, and Bojan Bogdanovic couldn’t fill in the much-needed balanced player position in the Jazz franchise, costing the team tough playoff runs.
All participating franchises go hard for the Championship, but the argument for teams going even harder to prove their League performance or Trade decisions are certainly these 3 teams in discussion.
