New names for Jinder Mahal’s new partners revealed
Jinder Mahal
Jinder Mahal has returned to WWE on the recent Main Event episode. The Modern-day Maharaja faced Jeff Hardy. But the most interesting aspect of his return were his new teammates.
Mahal has reportedly formed a new faction, who helped him in winning the match against Jeff Hardy. Dilsher Shanky and former MLB star, Rinku Singh are part of Mahal’s new faction. Further, both these wrestlers have been given new names.
Dilsher Shanky is now being called just Shanky. On the other hand, Rinku Singh is now being called Veer. WWE has also filed a trademark for Veer’s ring name on May 3.
The trio was last seen in action at WWE Superstar Spectacle event on January 26. Indus Sher had teamed up with Drew McIntyre to defeat Jinder Mahal and the Bollywood Boyz. Shanky had teamed up with Rey Mysterio, Ricochet and Giant Zanjeer to defeat Cesaro, Shinsuke Nakamura, King Corbin and Dolph Ziggler.
Jinder Mahal could bring his new faction to the main roster
So far there is no confirmation whether WWE plans to bring the faction to the main roster or whether it was just a test for the group. But it could be interesting to see the faction come to the main roster.
Currently both the main roster brands have just one faction each and our built around the current Champions. WWE Champion Bobby Lashley is a part of The Hurt Business on Raw and Universal Champion Roman Reigns has an unnamed stable of his own.
