The Great Khali is one of the biggest WWE Indian Superstar. The Indian market of WWE will be receiving a new boost, with WWE’s Superstar Spectacle. It is a one-off show that will be aired specifically for the Indian market.

Two of the Indian WWE stars, Samir Singh and Sunil Singh recently discussed on the formation of an Indian faction on WWE. That is when the topic of Khali’s involvement with this faction came up. They mentioned that it would be great if The Great Khali was a manger of the faction. The Bollywood Boyz even mentioned that Khali would hit everyone with his powerful chops.

WWE has recently started using their part-time wrestlers as the faction managers. MVP currently manages the faction known as The Hurt Business. He was absent from for quite some time. He returned at Royal Rumble 2020, and has been on the Raw shows regularly since.

The Great Khali

Khali has been with WWE since 2006. He was the first Indian professional wrestler to sign with WWE. Khali even won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in 2007. He held the gold for 61 days, before losing it to Batista.

Khali’s last appearance for WWE came in 2018. He appeared on WWE’s Greatest Royal Rumble. Khali entered the match at number 45, but was eliminated by Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley.

It remains to be seen now whether Khali makes an appearance on WWE’s India Special shows or not. Superstar Spectacle airs on 26th January, 2021, 8 p.m. IST.
