Neymar Jr. has been sidelined ever since he picked up a serious injury back in October. The 32-year-old signed for Saudi Pro League champions Al-Hilal for a €90 million transfer fee from Paris Saint-Germain in August of last year. However, after just 5 appearances in total, the forward ruptured his ACL while also injuring the meniscus in his left knee.

Ever since his injury, the player has put himself through a gruelling recovery process, sharing pictures and videos of his journey back to fitness. Surprisingly, the forward added two titles to his trophy cabinet while being on the bench – the Saudi Pro League title as well as the King’s Cup. As Neymar nears his return to the pitch, he quickly addressed rumors surrounding his future and life at Al-Hilal.

Neymar Jr. told ESPN

Neymar spent 5 seasons at Santos, making 177 appearances and scoring 107 goals during his time at the club. He then proceeded to make the move to FC Barcelona in 2013 on a €57 million transfer.
