Neymar will miss Brazil FIFA qualifiers

Neymar had travelled with the Brazil squad to Montevideo with the hope that he would recover. However all hopes were dashed as Brazil National Team doctor Rodrigo Lasmar ruled him out. The Brazilian will now miss the matches against Venezuela and Uruguay and will hopefully recover after it.

Dashed hopes

The talismanic PSG winger was called upon in the hope that he would recover by the time the qualifiers came around. However it has been concluded that he hasn’t and won’t be able to play too. Brazil will have to take on powerful Uruguay without him and will hope to win the match when the two of them will meet in Montevideo

Earlier PSG coach Thomas Tuchel said that taking him with the Brazil squad was pointless as Neymar was injured and there was no way he was going to play. Despite that he was taken along with the squad to atleast play one match against Uruguay. Neymar is confirmed to stay in the sidelines for a longer period of time and hope to come back soon.

PSG will miss the services of both the Brazilian and Frenchman Kylian Mbappe. They will also be hoping that the two of them will return soon, seeing that they are to play RB Leipzig and Manchester United soon.
