“$10 million for Mitchell Trubisky?” – Teams are willing to pay $10M or more for the Bills QB in free agency
Mitchell Trubisky
The NFL combine has started and teams are looking at potential players that can help them to be a Super Bowl contender. The position that all the teams look to fill with the best talent is the quarterback position. However, this year’s QB class isn’t all that impressive.
So, the teams are now looking at prospective free agents that can rise up to the occasion and lead a franchise. The name that’s creating a lot of buzz is Mitchell Trubisky. The Buffalo Bills QB is among one of the biggest names in the free agency and many teams are eyeing him.
Mitchell Trubisky might be the stability that some of the teams are looking for in the QB position
Teams are openly discussing whether Trubisky gets $10 million or more annually on a new deal. This news is as real as it gets. A Trubisky pairing with a first-round quarterback such as Malik Willis wouldn’t shock a few teams. The Panthers, Steelers, Commanders, Giants and potential Broncos are believed to be in the mix here.
Mitchell Trubisky was drafted 2nd overall by the Chicago Bears in the NFL 2017 draft. After leading the Bears to an NFC North division title in his second season while being selected to the Pro Bowl, Trubisky left the team via free agency in 2020 and joined the Buffalo Bills as a backup to Josh Allen.
Trubisky being a high draft pick coupled with his time in the Bills, it won’t come as a surprise if teams take a run at Turbisky. He just might be a blessing in disguise for teams that don’t have stability at the quarterback position!
