Tom Brady eyeing 8th Super Bowl title
The man has got numbers that are just way too good to be true and his absence would have really hurt the Bucs. Thankfully for them, he is back and the team now looks settled. Although the NFL world was delighted with Brady’s comeback, not many people had a lot of complaints about Tom when he decided to call it quits.
The main reason behind it is that he has achieved way too much and it is just baffling that the man has got the hunger for more. Brady won his first Super Bowl as many as 20 years ago. Moreover, he was also named the MVP, and in 2022, he is set to lead his side once again.
As far as records go, not many people come close to Tom Brady. In fact, two-time Super Bowl champion Troy Polamalu who spent 12 years with the Pittsburgh Steelers and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame started and ended his career between Tom Brady’s first and seventh Super Bowl ring.
Troy started off in 2003 and retired back in 2015, while Brady won his last Super Bowl ring in 2021 with the Bucs and is hungry for more. It will be interesting to see if he can achieve that in the coming season.
