Kayvon Thibodeaux and Brian Baldinger
Kayvon Thibodeaux has become a force to reckon with in a super quick time. The supremely talented defensive end has delivered some incredible performances for the Oregon Ducks. A Los Angeles native, Kayvon played high school football at Oaks Christian School.
In fact, he was named USA Today’s High School Football Defensive Player of the Year as a senior back in 2018. In fact, he was named the Pac-12 Defensive Freshman of the Year and won the Morris Trophy as well as a sophomore which pays testimony to the fact that he is indeed made to play at the highest level.
“He’s got a variety of moves”: Brian Baldinger on Kayvon Thibodeaux
Talking about Kayvon, NFL Insider Brian Baldinger had a few things to say. “I am a big fan,” he said about Kayvon, adding that he has got the ability to beat the guy in front of him. “His movement and his suddenness, it strikes. Put the back on him and forget. He’s going to beat the back.”
“He’s got a variety of moves and he is going to chase you down. Remember, of all the defensive linemen, he has 27 bench presses. There are a lot of different ways you can use him. I think if the teams pass on him, they are going to make a big mistake,” Baldinger further stated.
Without a doubt, Thibodeaux is a fantastic talent and a lot of teams would have him in their scheme of things. It would be interesting to see which team eventually ends up roping him in. Rest assured, for whichever team he plays, he is definitely going to be one of the defensive ends to watch out for.
