“It’s up to Tom”- Bruce Arians drops truth bomb about Tom Brady’s future

Tampa Bay Buccaneers suffered a heartbreak defeat against the Los Angeles Rams, even after mounting a huge comeback. The Rams came out with a 30-27 victory, eliminating the Bucs from a shot at winning the Super Bowl LVI.
The Bucs staged a massive comeback, as they came from behind at 27-3 to level things up at 27-27, courtesy of Tom Brady’s brilliance. It was not enough for them, as the Rams won it in the final minute. The defeat has fuelled rumours of him having played his final match for the Bucs.
Bruce Arians confirmed his availablity at Tampa Bay for the next season

Earlier this season, Tom Brady had hinted at a probable retirement or a change of teams, if he did not win the Super Bowl. The Bucs coach, Bruce Arians gave a huge update on Brady’s future after the defeat.
“That’s up to Tom,” said Arians of his star quarterback’s future in the NFL and at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. At 44-years of age, Brady has admittedly entered the twilight of what has been an incredible career spanning over 23 years. His next step is still not clear as of now, as he had previously mentioned of playing till about 45 years of age to give himself another shot at a Super Bowl title.
Despite the ambiguity on Brady’s future, the Bucs fans were given some positive news after the clash as coach Bruce Arians signalled to him staying on at the franchise for another year.
The veteran coach has had a great record for his side ever since taking charge of them in 2019. He led them to the Super Bowl LV last year and will look to give them another victory in the next season.
