The NFL quarterback was born in North California on December 30, 1992. He moved to North Dakota with his family at the age of three, where he attended high school. He graduated in 2011 as a top ranker in his class.
He went to North Dakota State University, where he played football and practiced with the team. His efforts with the college football team, the North Dakota State Bison, led to a 15-1 record, which gave him the chance of his first national championship game.
In 2015, which was his last and fifth senior year, proved to be the best. He played the best game in that year with career-high 335 yards. He graduated in health and physical education and was named the NCAA Division I-AA championship game’s most outstanding player twice.
Wentz has been a remarkable player throughout his college. He was drafted on April 28 2016 by the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL draft. He played for the eagles for four years before he was traded draft by the Indianapolis Colts on March 17, 2021. With 27 touchdowns, Wentz completed his season with the Colts and the team wasn’t able to qualify for the playoff.
Later this year, Wentz was traded to the Commanders on March 16, 2022, with his conditional pick in the 2023 NFL draft as well.
