Former Miami Dolphins linebacker Channing Crowder joined the Pat McAfee Show to talk about his podcast The Pivot and talked about all the times he peed on himself during his stint in the NFL.
NFL is a tough sport where every second counts and there aren’t a lot of breaks where players can relieve themself. So, former linebacker for the Dolphins revealed that he used to urinate on himself during games. “I do it 3-4 times a game. I take a knee, pee on my leg, take some water squirt it off wipe it down and throw the towel and you’re good to go,” Channing Crowder said.

Crowder was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the third round of the 2005 NFL draft. He spent his six-year career in the NFL with the Dolphins during which he managed to get a total of 469 tackles, 2.5 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, 3 fumble recoveries, and 1 interception.
“I would put the knee down depending on which way my swiper was hanging. So, my man was hanging left and I put my left knee down. My man was hanging right and I put my right knee down. And during the game, your little man boggles around a little bit so I would adjust him and take that knee and put it down,” Crowder said explaining his entire process of urinating on the field during games. “A lot of big boys do it. A lot of linemen do it but they lie about it.”
