“Kap is back”: Colin Kaepernick shows his arm strength while practicing with Tyler Lockett
Tyler Lockett and Colin Kaepernick
Colin Rand Kaepernick is a well-known entity in the world of American football. Currently a civil rights activist, Colin played six seasons for the San Francisco 49ers in the NFL. Back in 2016, Colin made a lot of headlines when he took a knee during the national anthem at the start of the games.
Colin was traded from the Denver Broncos to the 49ers back in 2011. In 2016, it felt like Colin’s NFL career ended. However, it seems like the man still has a lot of football left in him. Not long ago, Kaepernick was seen working out with all his might with the aim of making it back in the NFL.
“Colin Kaepernick is in the best shape of his life”: Adam Schefter
In fact, as reported by TMZ, NFL Insider Adam Schefter had claimed after a video of Colin’s workout came out that the former 49ers star is currently “in the best shape of his life and he wants to play. He would be a great fit for teams with QB vacancies to fill who want to win a Super Bowl.”
Most recently, Colin was seen showcasing the strength of his arm once again. Colin posted a video on Monday on his Instagram page where he was seen throwing the ball to Lockett over and over again. One has to admit that Kaepernick looked in great shape and form.
The two stars got together for practice after Colin asked for receivers to throw to. Tyler responded by saying, “Let’s do it bro! Me and my brother will come run routes for you!.” It’ll be interesting to see if Colin succeeds in making a comeback at the highest level after such a long break.
