The Los Angeles Rams have secured an entry into the Super Bowl this season, after getting over the line against the San Francisco 49ers in the divisional playoff match. After the 20-17 victory, one moment which caught everyone’s attention on the field was a very emotional embrace between two of the Rams’ players.
Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods shared a lengthy embrace while exchanging some inspiring words for each other and the moment was captured by the NFL cameras. Kupp has had an exhilarating season this year, which has also made him one of the contenders for earning the MVP award.

On the other hand, Robert Woods has had a diametrically opposite season that his wide receiving partner and teammate Kupp. Woods suffered an Anterior Cruciate Ligament tear in mid-November and has not taken the field since. Injuries of this nature, almost take a year to heal and he was immediately ruled out for the 2021 season.
However, Kupp acknowledged his teammate’s effort in carrying them to the Super Bowl, despite his injury with a beautiful Tweet. He showed what Woods meant to the team and to him personally after the success against the 49ers.
“We’re not here without Bobby Trees. No words to explain his value to me. Only the people in our building truly know his impact. Love you brother,” wrote Kupp referring to Robert Woods.
Woods and Kupp have now spent 4 years together at the Los Angeles Rams after both arrived in 2017.
