Robert Woods is a name to reckon with in the world of the NFL. The talented wide receiver played college football at USC where he achieved great laurels. As a result, he was recognized as a consensus All-American. Robert was eventually drafted by the Bills in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft.

The reliable wide receiver, after spending a few years with the Bills went to the Los Angeles Rams back in 2017 where he established himself in super quick time. However, in 2021, Robert tore his ACL during practice due to which his season ended prematurely.

After it became clear that Woods will leave the Rams, tributes started pouring in from all ends. Recently, Cooper Kupp posted an emotional message for Woods on his Twitter handle. “There aren’t many words that will do Robert Woods the justice he deserves for what he has meant to me over these last five years,” he claimed.

“The standard for what it means to be a pro about your craft. The standard for the sacrifice required to elevate the people around you to be their best. The standard in walking the walk. There is no doubt in my mind the incredible impact he has had on the transformation of the LA Rams for the better,” Kupp stated.

“Success is found in the mud and the only way to effect positive change is by getting your hands dirty. I have appreciated his respect for this and his willingness to get his hands in the dirt,” Kupp further wrote, adding that the culture he developed in the Rams will continue to inspire the coming generations to make it big.
