NFL athletes are a different breed on the field. They are focused, determined, sharp, and a lot of similar adjectives, but off the field, they are as crazy as the next guy. We have witnessed the craziness of NFL stars off the field, ranging from “Whizzinator” to a drunk 43-year-old guy throwing the Lombardi Trophy from a boat in the ocean.

People might forget these incidents but when players are caught red-handed sliding into the DMs of Instagram models and social media influencers, that’s something that no one ever forgets. And it looks like a new name is added to the list of NFL stars thirsting for models on social media.

It definitely looks like Jake Paul said, Deebo Samuel despite the audio being beeped

Social media star and professional boxer Jake Paul recently ousted a top-ranked NFL star for sliding into his girlfriend Julia Rose’s DMs. Jake and Julia have been dating for quite some time now but their relationship hasn’t been without its own hitches. The couple broke up very publicly earlier in 2022 but came back together after a few months.

So, while shooting a podcast, Paul was going through his girlfriend’s DMs and accidentally revealed one of the chats. Despite his best efforts to edit out the name of the NFL star, fans with their lip-reading ability figured out that the person sliding into the DMs of Julia Rose is none other than San Francisco 49ers’ star receiver Deebo Samuel. Though it doesn’t look like Paul said Samuel’s name with 100 percent certainty but it definitely weighs towards Samuel.

Not too long ago, Deebo Samuel signed a three-year, $71.55 million contract extension ahead of the 2022 season. While Samuel might’ve been exposed on social media, let’s hope he has better luck on the field in the upcoming season.
