“He spent a LOT of time with coach Ime Udoka”: NFL insider Ian Rapoport hints at at a move to Celtics for Ndamukong Suh

Ndamukong Suh

Defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is currently a free agent. He was the second over-all pick in the 2010 NFL draft and has had an illustrious career so far with four Pro Bowl nominations along with three All Bowl appearances.

Moreover he’s also been named as the Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2010 while he was associated with the Detroit Lions. He’s been involved with other franchise as well which includes the Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Los Angeles Rams.

Ndamukong Suh hints towards Celtic move amidst Bucs interest

Earlier it was being heavily speculated that Ndamukong Suh was going to be back with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This was mainly because after the departure of head coach Bruce Arians from the Bucs, defensive coordinator Todd Bowles was promoted to the rank of head coach.

Ndamukong Suh took to Twitter to congratulate Todd Bowles on his new post but also hinted that he might be interested to come back. He said – “Congratulations to Todd Bowles on becoming head coach of a great team which still feels one man light on talent ?”

However NFL insider Ian Rapoport has now said that Ndamukong Suh was seen spending a lot of time with coach Ime Udoka. Replying to David Wade who suggested that Ndamukong Suh being in Boston might be an indication of going to the New England Patriots, Ian Rapoport said that Suh was indeed in Boston but was spending time with the Celtics instead.

No #Patriots visit, but Ndamukong Suh did spend the afternoon hanging out at #Celtics practice with his good buddy coach Ime Udoka, also from Portland,” Rapoport tweeted.
