There has been a lot of questions regarding Aaron Rodgers future at the Green Bay Packers and no resolute answers as of yet. The questions still remain and people want to know what is going to happen- Is Aaron Rodgers going to retire? Is he going to leave the Green Bay Packers?
There has been a lot of criticism over the Packers failing to reach the Superbowl this season and much of that can be attributed to the fact that even though they were playing so well, they failed to capitalise. Moreover Aaron Rodgers still has failed to drive his team forward in clutch moments.
Colin Cowherd gives his views on Aaron Rodgers’s situation at the Packers
The Green Bay Packers have another problem at hand and that is regarding managing the player wages. Aaron Rodgers has already demanded a mammoth $50 million fee which will make him the highest paid quarterback in the NFL.
Additionally the Packers also have to deal with Davante Adams. If the Packers want to retain him they are going to have to listen to his demands as well. Adams is currently one of the best wide receivers and wants a big pay as well.
Colin Cowherd believes that the Packers are just protecting themselves from Aaron Rodgers at this point of time. He says they have no clue what Rodgers intends to do and hence are keeping their distance from him.

“Aaron wants to be the highest paid player in the league. Of course Aaron said that is not categorically true. Of course he also said that he’s vaccinated! He also said he doesn’t have anything to do with the fact that three reporters simultaneously on the day of the draft said he buried the Packers. Yeah he’s just reached that point where he just makes stuff up.”
“Maybe it’s to protect his name, protect his brand I no longer trust what Aaron Rodgers says!”
