Los Angeles Rams have made it to the Super Bowl once again. The Rams’ last trip to the Super Bowl was three years ago when they faced Tom Brady and the Patriots in Super Bowl LIII.

Sean McVay has done an incredible job as the Rams head coach. McVay was outsmarted by Bill Belichick in the Super Bowl, but it looks like the Rams head coach has come a long way from where he was three years ago.

Sean McVay became the youngest head coach in modern NFL history when he was hired by the Rams in 2017 at the age of 30. In his first year with the Rams McVay revitalized a Rams team that had the league’s lowest scoring offense the previous year into the top-scoring team of 2017 en route to a division title. The season also marked the Rams’ first winning record since 2003 and first playoff appearance since 2004.

Undisputed co-host Shannon Sharpe said he’s confident in Sean McVay’s ability to win the Super Bowl against Cincinnati Bengals. “10, I trust him a 10″, Shannon said ranking how much he trusts the Rams’ shot caller. “Because here’s the thing Skip, he understands having been schooled by coach Belichick.” The Rams were demolished 13-3 by New England Patriots in Super Bowl LIII.

Sean McVay had a discussion with Bill Belichick after the Rams’ Super Bowl loss in the offseason. “You let the game dictate what you call, how you call the game”, Shannon said explaining the conversation between Belichick and McVay.

The 36-year old head coach is the 5th head coach to reach the Super Bowl in their first 5 years. “This gives you a sample of just how good of a coach that he is. And so for me, having been there, understanding the moment, and receiving advice from Belichick, he’ll be ready. He beat Tom Brady twice and made him retire. I trust him,” concluded Shannon.

The Rams will face the Bengals at their home ground, SoFi Stadium, for Super Bowl LVI.
