Jalen Lattrel Ramsey has become a name to reckon with in the world of the NFL. The talented cornerback currently features for the Los Angeles Rams. He played college football at Florida State and was first roped in by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2016 NFL Draft.

Everything for Jalen seems to be going great. His team, the LA Rams won the Super Bowl last season defeating the Joe Burrow-led Cincinnati Bengals. However, back in October 2020, Ramsey was involved in a major controversy. He had a massive altercation with Golden Tate after a game.

The fight was actually personal and not related to football at all. As it turns out, Ramsey had recently broken up with Tate’s sister, Breanna. Ramsey and Tate weren’t really fond of each other anyway and the Jalen-Breanna breakup obviously didn’t make things any better.

Recently, Jalen talked about the incident on the Pivot Podcast. He stated that he and Breanna are still great friends and added that they broke up amicably. However, he also claimed that things went awry when Golden Tweeted something about their breakup which didn’t please him.

I was cool with his sister but not him,” Jalen said about Golden. Moreover, when he was asked if he was just trying to leave the field and things just escalated all of sudden, Jalen said, “Nah, we knew what we was gonna do. I mean that’s his sister. That’s what he supposed to do too. But you mind your business, too.

Me and Golden, that’s family business. I mean I am with my daughters everywhere and he’s gonna want to see his nieces,” he further stated. That fight was the talk of the town for a long time. In fact, as per GiantsWire, Ramsey even waited by the Giants’ locker room after the brawl, but stadium staff and security were able to keep the situation under control.
