Per his claims, Nicole Martinez was a member of the Baltimore Ravens Marching Band, making a connection between the two. Taking to X, the user posted screenshots of Smith Sr’s chats with his wife featuring explicit messages.

Tony Martinez did not just make accusations as he went ahead to confront Steve Smith Sr. on call. Posting the clip on the same tweet, he asked the NFL star for answers who listened in silence. The post has since gone viral on the internet. With social media erupting with conjectures, Steve Smith Sr. is yet to make a statement.
