Darrell Henderson was out from Gameweek 16 with a knee injury. Rams coach had given hints this week that Henderson may feature although he didn’t give any affirmative response. However, for Tyler Higbee, it was known that the chances for him to come back were very minute. Higbee hadn’t practised on Wednesday and Thursday and everyone knew that he will be on the sidelines.

We’ll see,” McVay said earlier. “He’s been such a big part of this team and he’s one of those glue guys on this team and I know he’s going to do everything in his power, but if not, he’s led that room — he and [tight ends coach] Wes Phillips have led that room so well – and those other guys will be ready to step up. But we’ll take it a day at a time with Tyler.”

Tyler Higbee had suffered a medial collateral ligament sprain during the Rams’ win over the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship match.
