Despite a couple of below-par performances, the LA Rams have had a pretty decent start to their season. The team was having a good run until they were caught off-guard by the Titans. Adding insult to injury, the Rams were handed their second defeat on the trot by the 49ers in their latest encounter.

The Rams never really looked in control and lost the game by a deficit of 31-10. However, apart from the action which transpired on the field, another incident that took place in the stands while the game was being played caught a few eyeballs.

John Matthew Stafford, the quarterback for the Rams was in the news lately. However, more than his gameplay, he is making headlines for the actions of his family. Matt’s wide Kelly was spotted hurling a soft pretzel at a fan during the game against the 49ers.

According to witnesses, Kelly completely lost her cool when a spectator started trash talking. Accepting her mistake, Kelly wrote on social media, “I’m an idiot, he was saying a bunch of things that were aggressive towards our crew but zero excuse.”

She went on to add that she will take a stand for his man and everyone she loves. “I tried to apologize, but in the end knew I was wrong. Will always stand up for my guy and everyone I love, but obviously needed to do it completely different,” she added.

Kelly concluded by saying, “I’m embarrassed too! Sorry, you had to witness me in my weak moment.” While it is true that hurtful things might have been said about her husband and team by the fans, hurling pretzels is something completely unacceptable for which Kelly has issued her apology.
