The 34-year old quarterback and his wife, Kelly Stafford were spotted attending the NBA game, between Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors.

The NFL power couple would have been thoroughly enjoyed the basketball they saw, as they were treated to a LeBron James special performance. The veteran carried the Lakers on his shoulders to keep them in the game and came out with a high scoring 124-116 victory over their rivals.

LeBron James served as a catalyst for the Lakers with a career-high 56-point performance in a Lakers outfit to overcome Stephen Curry and the Warriors.

That game-tying 3-pointer especially struck Matthew Stafford, who couldn’t help but smile as he observed the excellence he had just witnessed. Stafford who himself knows what it takes to churn out clutch performances for his side took to his feet and appreciated the mastery of James.

It almost seemed that the presence of Stafford and his wife added an extra zing to James’ play against the Warriors. The small forward even had a message for Stafford while the match was ongoing.

“I can’t have you in the building and not put on a show,” LeBron told the Rams star. He definitely stuck to his words and capped off another scintillating performance for himself and his side.
