Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Philadelphia Eagles in an all-time classic game at the Super Bowl on Sunday. The Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes was named the Super Bowl MVP for his contributions. Following the victory, the Chiefs players have been celebrating winning the trophy since Sunday. There have been parades and parties and talk show appearances.
During the start of the 2022 NFL season, very few people believed in the Chiefs winning the Super Bowl since they had just lost their best wide receiver Tyreek Hill to Miami Dolphins. But their sixth-year quarterback had a stupendous year and led the Chiefs all the way to a Super Bowl victory. The Chiefs QB ended the year with a league MVP, a Super Bowl MVP, and a Super Bowl ring.
Even though Mahomes was the driving force behind the Chiefs, he certainly had a lot of help from his All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce. The 33-year-old TE finished the regular season with 1338 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns. Furthermore, he also received a Pro Bowl nod and was named to the All-Pro team. This is his eighth consecutive Pro Bowl selection and 4th All-Pro nod in his career.
Finally, in the Super Bowl, he spearheaded the Chiefs receiving corps and caught 6 passes for 81 yards and one touchdown to help his team win the Championship game against the Eagles.

Chiefs TE Travis Kelce will host Saturday Night Live
Following his remarkable performance at Super Bowl LVII against the Philadelphia Eagles, the Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce made an appearance on the Jimmy Fallon show, where he revealed that he will be hosting ‘Saturday Night Live’ on March 4.
“Growing up, I was a huge [Chris] Farley, Will [Ferrell], Fallon kind of guy growing up. I used to watch Saturday Night Live with my mother, and it’s an absolute honor and a privilege to be hosting SNL March 4,” Kelce said in a recent episode of the Jimmy Fallon Show.
Furthermore, Kelce will be accompanied by his musical guest, Kelsea Ballerini. The 8-time Pro Bowler also said that he is nervous about hosting SNL, but he was assured by the host Jimmy Fallon he’s going to be good.
Anyhow, Travis Kelce will remember this Super Bowl for a long since he went against his brother Jason Kelce, who plays as the center for the Eagles. And with his victory, the little brother Travis will have bragging rights over his big brother Jason for the foreseeable future.
