Keeping healthy and in shape is one of the biggest priorities for a football player. So when Tom Brady was asked about how his retired self was coping with keeping himself fit, he simply put forward his diet strategy. “My (Tom Brady’s) body was my asset,” said Brady, claiming that it’s “a little different now” compared to when he was regularly playing ball. But he still loves to “maintain” his habit of eating clean.

The 45-year-old prefers to steer clear of Sugar, white flour, and, most importantly, caffeine. He famously once revealed that he “never had any coffee. I just never tried it.” However, Brady has never suggested that people who want to follow a healthy diet should avoid caffeine completely. In his 2017 book, The TB12 Method, Brady claimed that it was okay to limit yourself to 200 milligrams or 2 cups of coffee per day.

Brady, in a recent interview with People Magazine, revealed, “what I put in my body is very important.” While some might think that his regime is strict, Brady disagrees, saying that he is “just trying to make healthy choices” so that he can live his life the way he wants. In 2016, Tom Brady’s (former) personal chef, Allen Campbell, spoke with the Boston Globe about the benefits of consuming a plant-based diet. Campbell helped Brady compile the TB12 book. Based on that, around 65% of the former Buccaneers player’s diet is plant-based; the rest is animal protein and carbs.

Tom Brady is currently enjoying his retirement life, spending as much time as he can with his family. He recently visited Disneyland with his three kids: John “Jack” Edward Thomas, Benjamin Rein, and Vivian Lake. He also spent some time with friends and family on a short vacation in the tropics.

“I am taking every day just one day at a time,” said Brady. While he is still one of the busiest people with various ventures, he loves his “time with my family and trying to get some work things done.” When the Super Bowl winner is not snuggling with his kids, you can find him encouraging NFL rookies. Must have been a great experience to receive some words of wisdom from a champion.

A few days ago, Brady showed up at Fanatics #merchmadness campaign, where they gave away apparel at the Patriot facility. Besides, Brady’s famous rapper, Dj Khaled, and Baltimore’s wide receiver, Odell Beckham Jr., attended the event.

Moreover, he shot a video with YouTuber Mr. Beast on his yacht. Brady even knocked down one of the drones during filming. Tom Brady has also shown interest in sports presenting, and we might even see the seven-time Super Bowl winner in his new avatar very soon.
