Aaron Rodgers is a name to be reckoned with in the football world. He is considered to be one of the most gifted and talented quarterbacks in league history. Over the course of his 18 years career, Rodgers has won a lot of individual awards and accolades and led the Packers to a Super Bowl victory in 2010.

Other than throwing a tight spiral, Rodgers is also known for his controversial stance on a lot of topics. He was posted on the headlines almost daily for his statements against the COVID-19 vaccine and refusing to take the vaccine and disregarding the quarantine.

RFK Jr. tweeted out a statement to gather supporters for his presidential run in 2024. He wrote: “Give me a sword. I need an army, and it can’t be just the Party. I need Democrats, Republicans, and Independents. I won’t pretend to agree with you on every position. But I would make America a safe place to debate your positions and I will give you an ear and open mind.”

Aaron Rodgers quoted tweeted RFK Jr.’s statement with a “sword” emoji and announced his support for the campaign. Last week, the superstar quarterback reposted one of Kennedy’s interviews on his Instagram story with a muscle and heart emoji and wrote “kennedy2024.”

Aaron Rodgers revealed on The Pat McAfee Show he wishes to play for the Jets back in February. Since then, both the Packers and the Jets have been in contact about a possible trade but neither of them has reached common ground.

As per rumors, the Packers aren’t willing to pay any fraction of Aaron Rodgers’ salary in 2023 as they want a clean break from him. This appears to be the main reason holding the Jets back from a trade.

However, the New York-based franchise went all-in during the offseason and signed a lot of weapons on the offense to help Rodgers. The Jets have a 12-year playoff drought, which is the longest ever in the NFL and are quite literally hoping that the 39-year-old can lead them past that and all the way to the Super Bowl.

Almost all of the Jets players heavily recruited Rodgers to the team with Defensive Rookie of the Year Sauce Gardner burning the Packers cheesehead he lifted from Lambeau Field when they defeated Green Bay.

The NFL draft is just a week away now and both teams have already started their offseason programs. The Jets need to make the Aaron Rodgers trade happen fast if they want him to get familiarized with the team and the player before the start of the 2023 season.
