“You can’t do this” QB Aaron Rodgers brutally slammed by former teammates for insensitive remarks against his current Packers teammates

Aaron Rodgers is maybe having the worst season of his career. The Packers QB has failed to produce the moments of magic that he was widely known for. The reigning NFL Super Bowl MVP is a veteran QB who is supposed to be a leader in the dressing room but his recent antics suggest otherwise.

The Packers have lost three consecutive games for the first time in their history since A-Rod took over as the QB for them. This season is turning out to be a nightmare for them as the players look out of shape and out of depth.

Aaron Rodgers was recently criticized by his former Packers teammates for his insensitive remarks against the current squad. Rodgers recently appeared on the Pat McAfee Show and he was pretty open about the problems in the team.

Aaron Rodgers was so open that his former teammates had to call him out for ripping apart the current squad. Greg Jennings, Rodgers’s former teammate took the initiative to call out the reigning Super Bowl MVP.

“You can’t do this … You can’t sit down on a show and start talking about who should and shouldn’t be playing because of mental errors,” Jennings said, via Fox Sports’ Carmen Vitali.

Aaron Rodgers always has been extremely candid during interviews and podcasts, this is part of him now. But the problem arises when the team is not doing well and you’re criticizing your players instead of uplifting them.

Aaron Rodgers believes that under-performing players should be dropped from the Packers’ team

The Packers aren’t playing well and Aaron Rodgers has a solution for it. A-Rod thinks that all the players who aren’t performing well should be dropped and the deserving and hard-working players should be given a chance to play in the team.

“We had so many just mental errors and mistakes. It’s not the type of football we’re used to playing over the years … I think guys who are making too many mistakes shouldn’t be playing. Aaron Rodgers stated on the Pat McAfee show. “Gotta start cutting some reps. And maybe guys who aren’t playing, give them a chance.”

The 38-year-old QB believes that most of the errors committed by the Packers are mental errors as they are committing the same mistakes every time and that needs to be changed.

Though this is not wrong advice and Rodgers may have been right with his statements, the place and the way he said it was insensitive as you don’t tell your weakness to the opponent. The Packers will face the possible Super Bowl contenders Buffalo Bills next and it is looking grim for them.
