Aaron Rodgers has once again proved that he owns the Chicago Bears as he led his team to an emphatic 27-10 victory over the Bears taking his all-time record to an impressive 24-5 against the NFC North rival.
As the Green Bay Packers led by their reigning MVP quarterback bounced back from the humiliating 23-7 week 1 loss against another NFC North rival the Minnesota Vikings. Rodgers the self-proclaimed owner of the Chicago Bears once again proved why he is a 4 time MVP and a future hall of Famer as he completed 19-of-25 passes for 234 yards and two touchdowns.
Rodgers’ 1st touchdown pass took his total career passing touchdowns tally to 450, in process Aaron Rodgers became only the 5th quarterback to ever do so. He joined other all-time greats like Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Peyton Manning, and another Packer legend Brett Favre in the exclusive list.

Aaron Rodgers also threw a consecutive 14 completions in the 2nd half without interceptions to tie his career high. Packers-Bears is one historic rivalry that has been one-sided for almost three decades now. When Rodgers took over from Brett Favre the record stood 90-79-6 with the Bears in lead but with this win, the Packers led 104-95-7 with the Packers’ last loss coming way back in 2018.
Rodgers was well supported by his teammates both on offense and defense. Aaron Jones rushed for 132 yards on 15 carries and added another 38 yards receiving. Wide receiver Sammy Watkins went for 93 yards on 3 catches with A.J.Dillon and others contributing also.
Last year during a game at Chicago’s Soldier Field Rodgers answered Bears fans who were heckling him after the Packers scored a TD, he shouted out -“I’ve owned you all my f….ing life! I own you! I still own you!”
With this win, it looks like he still does own them.
