Aaron Rodgers mega trade to the New York Jets has been completed. The veteran QB has finally moved to the Big Apple for a new chapter in his life after playing for the Green Bay Packers for around 18 seasons.

Rodgers was recently unveiled in New York as the new QB for the Jets and also gave an interview to former NFL player Brandon Marshall from ‘I am ATHLETE’.

During the interview both the athletes spoke about their various experiences in the world of NFL and shared interesting stories. However, during the latter end of the interview, Marshall asked Rodgers a couple of ‘yes or no’ questions.

In those questions, the veteran QB was asked to choose between WR Davante Adams and WR Jordy Nelson. Rodgers had great chemistry with both the WRs during their tenure.

Still, the back-to-back MVP winner went for the Las Vegas Raiders WR instead of Jordy Nelson. Nelson retired from the NFL several years ago. However, during his time he shared a great partnership with Aaron Rodgers and the duo were great friends off the field.

Rodgers chose Adams over Nelson because the former is still playing in Las Vegas and the latter has retired long back. However, he was quick to call out the awesomeness portrayed by Jordy Nelson.

Aaron Rodgers also chose between Ayahuasca and the darkness retreat

The former Packers QB has often found himself in the midst of controversy for various reasons. A couple of seasons ago it was the vaccination controversy. Last season it was the Ayahuasca controversy and this season it’s the darkness retreat.

Aaron Rodgers is simply different from all the other NFL players and likes to live life at his own pace. During his interview with Brandon Marshall, Rodgers was asked to choose between Ayahuasca Tea and the Darkness Retreat. The veteran QB swiftly chose the psychedelic drug over the darkness retreat.

Ayahuasca is a psychoactive tea that originates in the region of Amazon and induces thinking and hallucinations. It is banned in the United States and is considered harmful. However, it is used freely in Amazonian countries without any restrictions. Aaron Rodgers himself tried Ayahuasca in Costa Rica.

Nonetheless, Rodgers has now arrived in the city of New York and will look to have an explosive first season with his new team. The team has also signed various players to help out the QB in their quest for success this season.
