JuJu Smith-Schuster was extremely vital for the Chiefs during their Super Bowl victory against the Eagles. The Chiefs WR was also on the receiving end of one of the most controversial calls in Super Bowl history.
The game ended with a defeat for the Eagles. However, the trash talk between the players kept on going after the game as the players took shots at each other on social media.
JuJu first lit the fire by brutally trolling Eagles James Bradberry with the Valentine’s Day card with the caption “I’ll hold you when it matters the most.” This was in reference to the controversial holding call where Bradberry may or may not have caught JuJu by his shirt.
Eagles AJ Brown couldn’t handle the embarrassment faced by his teammate and quickly came to his defense with a lengthy tweet for the Chiefs WR who’s become too confident in himself.
“First off congratulations. Y’all deserve it .This is lame. You was on the way out the league before mahomes resurrected your career on your 1 year deal Tik-Tok boy . He admitted that he grabbed you but don’t act like your like that or ever was. But congratulations again!” AJ Brown stated in a tweet.
Brown completely swept away the trash-talk game with this subtle and sarcastic reply for ‘TikTok boy’ JuJu. However, the Chiefs WR wasn’t done there and was ready for another comeback in this never-ending war of words.
JuJu Smith-Schuster had a sassy reply ready for AJ Brown
AJ Brown’s tweet gained a lot of traction on social media as many prepared themselves for an upcoming Twitter beef between JuJu Smith-Schuster and him. However, that didn’t come to fruition as the Chiefs WR took a more mature route and ended the conversation with a sassy comeback.
“Glad you were finally able to get all that off your chest after all these years. Good game bro,” JuJu stated on his Twitter. The ongoing rivalry between the Chiefs and the Eagles has taken a sudden shift, and even their fanbases are fighting against each other after the controversial end to the game.
However, JuJu was hilariously roasted even on social media for taking clear shots at the Eagles players despite winning the Super Bowl against them.
JuJu Smith-Schuster maybe has started an intense rivalry between two teams in the league for many years to come. It will be interesting to see both of these teams in action next season.
