Jason Kelce sure knows how to win hearts! Amidst the whole buzz around his retirement from the NFL after a 13-year-long career, the Philadelphia Eagles center won many hearts as he gifted his favorite employee at his local McDonald’s the sweetest gift.
On Wednesday morning, Kelce dropped by his neighborhood McDonald’s, and there he was once again greeted by his favorite employee, Danielle Bonham. The Eagles center surprised her with a signed Kelly Green Eagles jersey.

The 36-year-old also wrote a lovely message for Bonham, that read, “To Danielle. Go Birds! Thank You!” and signed his No. 62 jersey.
The McDonald’s employee also got a picture clicked with the legend, where she is proudly showing off her precious gift with Kelce posing with a bright smile from his car, outside the outlet window, as she shared the picture with Philadelphia’s Fox television affiliate.
It’s truly a wholesome moment for Bonham and many other Kelce’s fans, who are filled with tears seeing their favorite center’s retirement buzz. And it seems like, as Kelce couldn’t end his football career with a victory, he is pivoting his energy on ending things on a beautiful note with everyone around him, starting with his favorite McDonald’s employee.
Jason Kelce refused to make an official statement regarding his retirement
Philadelphia Eagles’ loss in the wildcard game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was an emotional moment for the whole team, but especially for center Kelce. He was seen all teared up on the sideline, raising speculations about it being his last game before retirement.

Kelce later addressed the whole thing on his “New Heights” podcast alongside brother Travis Kelce. He acknowledged his emotional breakdown but refused to make an official statement. He explained:
I just don't think you're in a position after a game like that, to really make that decision. I just don't.Jason Kelce on New Heights
Kelce shared his frustration over his team’s loss at such a crucial level but didn’t elaborate anything on what’s happening all over the media, believing it would be disrespectful toward people’s feelings.
