Everyone knows former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown‘s famous headshot while he was playing for the University of Central Michigan. Brown was a guest on Tyreek Hill‘s latest episode of ‘It Needed To Be Said‘ podcast where he revealed the reason behind his viral photo, which doubled as a meme.

Tyreek Hill asked Brown at one point in their conversation why he posed the way he did. To which Brown replied, “I had a permanent grill at the bottom, 8-pack and I just smiled, and the dude said, [Don’t smile]. So he pi**ed me off so much I gave him the meanest mug I could give him. I was really trying to scare him.”

Brown continued,“We had just won the championship, too, in 2007 for the school. So for me, I wanted to really put some swag in the picture. I had the pork chops. You know, I couldn’t really get a full beard at the time. So I had to give him a crazy mug like.”

Antonio Brown has always been a bit different and crazy from everyone else. He has been in the headline way too often and all for the wrong reasons. While the former Bucs WR has given no explanations for his previous actions, at least fans now know why he gave the meanest pose for his viral picture from his time at Central Michigan.

Antonio Brown blames Tom Brady for his NFL career going down the drain

Antonio Brown made one of the craziest exits from a game in the 2021 season. In the Week 17 game against the New York Jets, Brown removed his equipment and walked out of the field during the third quarter, waving his hands to the fans and shooting up the peace sign. A few days later, the Buccaneers released him and since then he has been a free agent.

On Tyreek Hill’s podcast, AB explained his side of the story and basically held Tom Brady responsible for his exit from Tampa Bay. AB said that the legendary quarterback called him up for the Jets game and promised him that he would throw 10-12 passes to him. When he didn’t receive passes from Brady, he lost his cool and decided to up and leave in the middle of the game. “You don’t want to throw me the ball and you making me like I’m crazy, so, I was like, I’m crazy, f**k all you motherfu**ers, I’m out of here,” AB said.

Additionally, Brown also said that Brady’s trainer refused to work with him. He said,“They treated me like I’m a little dog, so, I was like, so, now I just see it’s like sideways and then Tom’s trainer be like, he don’t want to work with me no more because now you feel like I’m working with the team, that’s the guy who knows the MRI who could see what’s really going on the inside of my leg.”

No matter what explanations Antonio Brown gives, it’s highly unlikely that any team would touch him, even with a 10 feet pole. Despite having a great career and Hall of Fame stats, the chances of him making it to NFL turf are slim to none.
