Antonio Brown was on the trajectory of becoming one of the greatest wide receivers of our generation, but his constant off-field antics kept teams from pursuing him after one stage. The final nail in the coffin was when Brown abruptly stripped off the Tampa Bay Buccaneers jersey and quit on his team in the middle of their game against the New York Jets back in 2021. He hasn’t played a snap in the NFL since.

Amidst this, the former Pro Bowler Antonio Brown has now revealed the breaking point that led to him quitting on Tom Brady and the Buccaneers. During a recent episode of Tyreek Hill‘s podcast, ‘It Needed To Be Said’ Brown revealed, “Tom’s trainer be like, he don’t want to work with me no more because now you feel like I’m working with the team, that’s the guy who knows the MRI who could see what’s really going on the inside of my leg.”

“Why are you mad for like because you know he trying to really compete against this guy to get his job so it’s like two training room. You don’t want to throw me the ball and you making me like I’m crazy, so, I was like, I’m crazy, f**k all you motherfu**ers, I’m out of here,” said Brown.

Antonio Brown claimed that his quarterback Tom Brady didn’t pass him the rock despite his promises. But during the game he quit, Brady targeted Brown five times before halftime.

Nonetheless, Brown had an intense argument with the Buccaneers’ then-head coach Bruce Arians and stormed off the field. Since then, he has tried to get back into the league but hasn’t had any luck so far.

Ever since Antonio Brown quit on his friend Tom Brady and the Buccaneers, the 7-time Pro Bowl receiver is having a rough time. He was slammed with an arrest warrant in a domestic abuse issue, but he managed to evade arrest.

Furthermore, Brown failed miserably in his attempt at owning a football team. Brown recently brought a majority ownership stake in the Arena Football League franchise Albany Empire.

His ownership tenure was so bad that the league ended up kicking out the New York-based franchise after the four-time All-Pro pass catcher failed to pay the monthly due in time. Now, Albany Empire’s coach and the players are trying to sue Brown according to reports.

Antonio Brown had one of the most interesting careers in the NFL. The undeniably talented player’s career was cut short due to the constant drama surrounding him.
