Tom Brady and Antonio Brown played together in the Bucs’ Super Bowl-winning team. Brown received lots of hate for trolling Brady after the Bucs QB was going through a divorce with Gisele.
Antonio Brown recently appeared on the ‘Valuetainment’ podcast with host Patrick Bet-David and shared his side of the story about roasting Tom Brady in such a sensitive time.
The controversy started when the former Bucs WR posted a picture of him hugging Brady’s Ex-wife Gisele with the caption ‘put that s*** on’. People found the joke really offensive and hurtful to Tom Brady, who’s going through such a hard time.
When Brown was asked about the incident, he started to get a bit uncomfortable about the incident and had many vague answers regarding the situation. Antonio Brown answered the question by saying, “I’m not smashing his girl. What do you mean? It’s a t-shirt that raised money from a real moment that happened. How is this a reach?”
Host Patrick Bet-David was maybe looking for an apology, but Brown went on a different rant altogether. He started to gain sympathy for his problems and diverted the topic from Tom Brady to himself.
“People go through a divorce every day. What about me? What about when I’m in the news and people say I’m crazy? It’s just a picture from the Super Bowl. His divorce is his personal life, I ain’t got nothing to do with that bro.” Antonio Brown stated on the Valuetainment podcast. “A lot of the things I’ve said tonight you guys are never going to understand. How am I going to make you understand if I’m telling you what I think and you can sort out what I think?
It certainly looks like AB is going through some problems of his own, but that doesn’t justify the insensitive trolling that he committed against TB12.

Tom Brady is probably going through one of the worst NFL seasons of his career. The 45-year-old just got divorced and is also playing the worst football of his career. The Bucs have lost three straight games and there’s not even a glimmer of hope for them as they’ve looked out of place the whole season.
Brady was also exposed to multitudes of hate on social media for his decision to divorce Gisele and many people think that it’s because of his wish to play football for one more season, but it can be more than that as no one knows what went down between the couple that led to their divorce.
Tom Brady and the Bucs are down 3-5 this season and things are looking tough for them as they face the defending champions Rams in their next game.
