Madden San Miguel, famously known online as Baby Gronk, is an Internet sensation and a football prodigy, who has accumulated more than 400k followers on Instagram. His account is managed by his dad, Jake San Miguel, who received a lot of hate for the way he is marketing his son. Amidst this, the 11-year-old Internet star has announced retirement from football.

In a short video posted on his Instagram account, Baby Gronk shared an emotional video announcing his retirement from football. San Miguel said his dad forced him to do everything and that he doesn’t enjoy playing football anymore.

Baby Gronk went viral among football fans last year after he collaborated with the LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne. The 11-year-old allegedly has offers from multiple D1 schools including, Texas, Oklahoma, Kentucky, and South Florida.

Last July, Baby Gronk’s dad, Jake San Miguel, who manages the 11-year-old’s social media, announced that his son committed to LSU before flipping it to Oklahoma. He has flipped his commitment twice so far. But he hasn’t played a single snap in high school football. Nonetheless, now Baby Gronk says he is done playing professional football.
