Baker Mayfield turned back the clock to his days at the University of Oklahoma as he made a really difficult throw in the midst of the game. It was the third quarter and with less than two minutes to go in the quarter; the Buccaneers had possession of the ball. Mayfield managed to complete a play despite getting hit by Alex Anzalone, the linebacker for the Lions.

The Buccaneers’ offensive line collapsed almost instantly when the ball was snapped. This rendered Baker Mayfield in a tough position, as he barely had any time to throw the ball. As the pocket collapsed, Alex Anzalone ran into Baker Mayfield and at that time, it seemed as though the play was over because the linebacker had hit the QB.
